  1. Are your products new and original?

    Yes, we mainly sale Brand New and Original Components, All these products from recycling inventory and original manufacturers.

  2. Don’t you sell refurbished products?

    If you need, we can find resources for you, and we will test the product for you to ensure 100% work and provide 180 days of quality assurance service. All of this must be based on your know and consent.

  3. What kind of service can I get if I buy your product?

    The originals will be provided with a warranty period of 1 years, and the refurbisheds will be provided with a 180 day warranty period. At the same time, all products will be tested before shipment, we will inspect from many aspects such as appearance, function, performance and so on. After the products sent out, we will track the parcel transportation regularly. Any questions will be communicated to you in advance.

  4. What payment methods do you have?

    We offer Bank Transfer (T/T) , Western Union, MoneyGram, PayPal, Credit Card ( Only Visa and MasterCard available ) and so on.
    Credit Card payments must be processed on Alibaba. In addition to bank charges, other charge are borne by the Jeking.
    Bank Transfers (T/T) payments will be charged as required (Normally US$20-$50).
    PayPal payments will be charged 6% of the total amount.

  5. What shipment ways do you have?

    We offer DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, Aramex, EMS, CDEK, China Post, Post-NL, and so on.
    You can choose any way you like if we can provide.
